I'm panning through the cupboards and the fridge, and I just start grabbing things. After a few minutes I realize I can make a "mock fried rice" type of dish. So, here's what I did!
1 package of Ramen Noodles ONLY, cooked
2 eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup of frozen veggies
1 tablespoons of soy sauce, or however much you want. I added extra because I love soy sauce!
Cook Ramen noodles as directed on package, set aside. Scramble eggs, set aside. Prepare veggies as directed. Combine all ingredients and stir. Voila! Makes roughly 2 servings.
It came out better than I thought, and it's safe to say that this mama-to-be isn't hungry anymore.
